For 2 dogs, 40lbs and 65lbs, and a nail trim. The employee that checked us out had no knowledge of the products they sell, couldnt even answer a simple question about a certain item, so I had to Google it.$68. But this place looks and smells like it never gets cleaned ot wiped down. I know these places are not going to be spotless and its where dogs are geoomed. When I asked to use the Fermorator brush they said theirs broke and they havent replaced it. It was such a huge difference in pressure that I asked if she would mind starting the wash machine after I finished, she said yes and did, that was nice. Then the water pressure went very soft after a few minutes because the turn their wash machine on. The shampoo seemed very watered down, they ran out of conditioner but had a leave in spray but it wasnt soft at all. My husband and I took our two medium size dogs. I came here about 3 mo the ago and felt indifferent so I decided to give it another try. Im happy to hear but unfortunately my dog did not and both times they failed to meet my reasonable expectations. I know after reading reviews that others have had positive experiences. I am once again disappointed in the way my dog looks and I will not be back. I asked for a deep scrub (multiple times) when washing her. She had crusty dandruff flakes (after being bathed) when I took a close look at her scalp. I paid a good amount of money for a bath, nail clip and face, pads and behind trimmed up. I decided to visit them again for the same dog (an older labradoodle) a few months later. At that point I was happy about the way my dog looked.
